With the breakdown and accident assistance app •AWhelp24• you can quickly and easily request help wherever you are.
•AWhelp24• is the daily companion for german and foreign professional drivers, but also for car and motorcycle drivers.

Our service can be used within Germany as well as in the surrounding area and includes the following services:
- Coordination and mediation of breakdown and accident assistance
- Help with communication problems through multilingual service hotline employees
- towing of cars, trucks, buses, etc.
- On-site repairs and spare parts procurement through mobile breakdown service

The GPS-based roadside assistance function allows our •AWhelp24• - Emergency call centre to locate you exactly, which saves you from having to describe your breakdown situation for a long time and makes it easier to find the breakdown vehicle. If you are at a different location than your vehicle, you can also enter the position of the vehicle manually.
The •AWhelp24• - Emergency call centre will call you after successful location transmission and coordinate the further breakdown or towing process.
You will then receive a service offer on your mobile phone, which can also be paid for directly via the app.
