I'm unable to successfully search for covered providers in the app, and when I go to the website, it automatically redirects me to the app. Same result on a mobile device, laptop, and desktop... unable to search for providers.

Horrible app doesn't login unless I reset password. Claims my email is already being used. Of course it is that's why I'm trying to login with it. App is barely functional.

This app is terrible. There's is such lack of functionality. There's no ability to go back and view more then the most recent claim, no EOBs, etc. It's so limited, that it's pretty much useless.
