App works fine but I wish my ad links in my messages would open up the app, I can't even open it from your website...I have to go find it🤷🏻‍♀️ And I was given the discount on replenish products when I registered, and I really need to use that, but have yet to because I think I only found it once and didn't work in store, despite saying that it will...expensive inconveniences..... other than that I'm very happy with my cleaning equipment.

NEW REVIEW: seems to be a lot better, connects and less buggy. Let's me save no go zones and is generally usable. OLD: With latest app version, I can sometimes control the mop from my phone. However it seems 1) if you intermix use of manual vacuum buttons with app, that it fails; 2) mop map settings of "no go" zones are saved initially, but then deleted upon running the mop. Can you please fix these. Android Google pixel 5

I had a stroke and was excited about having this vacuum and mop to help with my household chores. The mop portion stopped working during the warranty period. The replacement part broke. I'm now trying to decide if I want to replace the part or replace the device. I have totally enjoyed the device but the quality is giving me issues.
