pro: good price on Vasculera pro and con: Automatically send new Rx ahead of running out if you have credit card info stored. con: no tele supervisors available at cust support when YOU call them. THEY have to RETURN your call 24-48 hrs later. Can't necessarily resolve problems that way, as I found out when wrong card was charged for early shipment they "couldn't" stop.

Very poor technology and poor service. I ran out of medication because they canceled the order and didn't even bother to tell me. Apparently this company is more of a middleman than an actual pharmacy, as they told me they had to place the order somewhere else. Shipping takes a very long time. Currently trying to see if my prescription autoships today and when I log in it just shows the prescription. No order status, no button to order, nothing.

This company is a scam. They DO NOT take insurance. I asked the agent directly if they ran my insurance and he wouldn't answer, just insisted my price was $50. I've met my out of pocket maximum for the year so I knew this was wrong. I asked him directly 2 more times if they don't take insurance and he continued to skirt around the issue. Then he said it was too late to run my insurance because I had already been approved for the special $50 cash price till the end of the year. What a scam
