So they decided to make another app for smart devices... Their other app I guess they don't care about anymore, and apparently the products that connected to the old app don't matter and do not work on this one. Unfortunately because support on the old app is seemingly gone, last update was 2 years ago, and it doesn't seem to work on Android 14 or my new phone, I have no way of connecting to my smart timers. An FYI to BN Link. It's typically bad practice to split up support over multiple apps.

Don't buy this product. I set up an account and tried to log in once. It said I have tried to log in too many times and locked my account for 10 minutes. Planning to uninstall the app and return the product. Obviously not ready for prime time.

Having the same problem as others- the old app wasn't working with my smart plug that I bought last year. The app kept stopping so I uninstalled and downloaded again and now this version does not recognize my plug at all. So I basically bought a plug for one season. Super duper.
