I had to switch providers 3 times. A handful of my appointments get cancelled which doesn't help. It's hard to schedule within the time-frame I need, so my "care" gets pushed out and I am too depressed to try and get help on THEIR time. The lessons feel rushed, are incredibly buggy, and if the screen goes dark it resets from 0 no matter what. I was told insurance would cover this, then got billed 350$ for everything. I would not recommend, and I will be going elsewhere before I drive into a tree

The psychiatrists and therapists are good depending on who you have, and it is fairly easy to switch, however Brightside basically harasses you if you don't set your appointments in the perfect timeframe. The minimum you can see a therapist is once a month and the closer you get to the end of the month, you get emails vaguely threatening your membership. It's definitely a commitment but it's good if you just need something simple. Also hard to cancel.

The update made it so the app isn't compatible with my phone. It just sits on a loading screen forever which is really frustrating because I can't easily do check ins or review meds. Other than that the actual service is great. Please fix the app bugs it's really inconvenient when it's something as important as mental health service.
