Update: New version and still stuck waiting for account details. The suggestion to just keep trying to connect until it finally works was a good one. Lost count around 30 but it was several beyond that before it got past the fetching account screen. Update: Once in it wasn't hard to see the problem, the app is trying to connect to the modem/NID router and since I have neither it was timing out most tries. Use the website! Developer never responded to my contact attempts. Still not working.

The service has been good. However, one of the sales gimmicks was that the sign up rate was "life time" unless we changed the contract or defaulted etc. Now we read that rates are going up $10.00 per month. I don't like deceptive, dishonest, gimmicks to sell any service. Old adage " If it's to good to be true, it's not to be trusted. Sad, we've been suckered and unfortunately so have our friends that we referred to Quantum Fiber. Look somewhere else for some service that tells it straigt.

One of the worse apps I've ever used. Constant disconnects, having to relog into my account multiple times, and a confusing UI seeming trying to hide how to get help / support. Not to mention the support itself is truly awful as I waited 40min to chat to someone and it just never connected. Absolutely terrible experience overall.
