The core mission of Chaldal is to save money and save time as we focus on the fact that people don’t have to spend too much of their precious money and time to buy their necessities on a daily basis. We want to make people’s lives easier so that they can do their daily activities without running to the supermarket or vegetable market.

We understand a little assistance with daily grocery needs goes a long way in making lives easier. Chaldal is now the largest online grocery platform in Bangladesh. Since 2013, we have been working relentlessly to improve our delivery mechanism. We have warehouses situated across the major cities of the country such as Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, and Sylhet. Having these warehouses has enabled us to successfully operate a 30 minutes delivery service.

We assure the quality of the products for our customers by sourcing straight from farmers, manufacturers, and importers. With the integration of our automated warehouse management, the processing time has decreased significantly. Our well-designed system architecture enables us to track each and every order from the moment of its placement to delivery.

Ratings and reviews

Their delivery is prompt and after sales service is good but the app itself is junk. Messy UI. Unintuitive. Have to go back every time to look for an item. At least have the option to filter out of stock items. If they're out of stock what's the point of showing them? You have to scroll through hundreds of out of stock items to get to one particular item. You guys have been in business for a while now. A reasonably good app is the least consumers can expect.

Recently The delivery man advance push delivered 30 to 45 minutes before delivered. So freezing items has been damaged. Need to solve this problem immediately. Thanks

Their customer care service is also good. They have premium customer care manager like bank's priority client manager, which is good but I have 2 observations. Back in 2020, I gave 5 stars bit today I removing 1. First, chaldal is loosing the race with pandamart and meenabazar app as chaldal is not always fastest to deliver, they dont provide even cheap bag for purchased items and product lines and varieties have lost it's richness. Chaldal, are you listening????
