My phone ran out of battery at the most inopportune moment, I saw the power bank station, quickly downloaded the app, I received a confirmation code, and I took the battery. I charged the phone for about an hour, returned the power bank to its place, no confirmation came, I was ready to pay $ 10, although there was something about $ 1. But I was very surprised that they charged me $40.

The battery packs don't work and there is no way to return one and choose another till you find one that works. I was charged $10 and didn't have the battery pack for 2 minutes. There is also no phone number to call for a refund. The app sucks too. Once you scan the code on the machine the app won't open, or load or whatever it is supposed to do to check the battery pack the machine ejected for you. Stay away from this garbage

$2 for 30 min and all of 5% charge.. get real. Ok it was a faulty battery initially and I commend the cs speed and ability to rectify the situation. $2/30 min with the new battery got me all of 13% with my phone screen off nearly the entire time. I guess use if you're desperate like I was but don't expect a full battery by the end of a hockey period. I'd rather use the lockbox style charging stations as I get a near full charge for the exact same price.
