Extensive app for finding many things that are on the CB website. Nice idea for reporting issues, but I primarily wanted this app to more often pay my water bill quickly & easily. It took a while to find that on the app & then how to login to my acct. Just got lucky by tapping on profile silhouette for login to be unhidden. There are too many clicks & scrolls to get to water bill section. Please make this more prominent, like 1 tap on homepage. Also please enable biometric login. Thank you!

When it worked it was pretty good for reporting potholes or graffiti. But I stopped working on my pixel 7. Please fix the issues on Android

Does not run on my S23 android phone. Just trying to report a dead tree next door (fire hazard). And to make matters worse, the city web site sends you to the app for stuff like this.
