The app has been very helpful and user friendly with making payments to my bill. However recently it doesn't pull up my payment methods in the Payment Selection section. I have contacted the developer regarding this. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.

I can't log in now. Says not the right email. They sent billing info to said email. Explain.

The app won't let me choose a payment method. I also don't understand why it cost $2 to pay on the app.
