Work in progress! not a perfect system, but I think it works. I reported a street light out in front my hale after it had been out for AWHILE & a few days later, there was light! iDK if it was a coincidence or if it was because I reported it though 😳

Pathetic. I was happy to contribute and reported a problem. The response I got was to call a different department. You have the number and relevant information, take the initiative and call yourself. Trying to micromanage the user base is first sign of an incompetent staff.

Having problems with the app. Tried to create a request. Hit create a request ion, moves to the create request screen for a second then closes the app. This been happening for two week. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, same results.
