Edit: Changing the review because they've gone ahead and reached out to resolve the issue and have been communicating with me regularly and gathering info about my problem. Updating this to 3 stars for the customer service, and if the app improves in the areas I've had problems with, I'll come back again and move it to a 4 or 5. Will update as soon as I know more.

App constantly crashes. Cannot even use it to take photos of vehicles anymore. Did not have this issue until a couple months ago. even if you try to manually upload photos in app it crashes. this makes our job 10x harder. this needs to be fixed.

I have to rely on this app to do my job as well as everyone one else does so this app is very important to keep things going but unfortunately the app keeps me from being able to get my job done in a timely matter which is a huge problem for me because I spend more time waiting for pictures to upload than I do working at this point the app freezes ,overheats my phone ,and don't respond it takes 15-45mins to upload pictures for 1 vehicle if the app doesn't crash freeze or have issues ..ridiculous
