Edited: Finally works without re-download! Original: I'm a big fan of the bank - I've had nothing but good experiences with the tellers, account managers, tech support, etc. But this app is terrible for one simple reason - every 2-3 weeks, I'll get a general login error that requires me to reinstall the app to fix. I called support (who were professional & kind) and they confirmed that they too had to reinstall every month or so. Fix this one bug and it's 5 stars.

App is absolutely useless! I've had to delete and reinstall 473 times just to get it to work once and then it stops working again and saying try again later. then it's back to the same thing. you have to delete the app and reinstall just so it'll work ONE TIME! Then you'll have to delete again and reinstall again. absolutely useless! the morons who came up with the latest update should quit.

I wish I could give it a lower rating. I have to delete & reinstall almost every day. it doesn't have live updates. Deposits and withdrawals, don't show up immediately, either with balances or activity
