App works alright when it actually lets me in. and then when it does, it tells me nothing is connected because the app is out of date. But I literally just installed it. And then you can actually see what is connected but literally can't do anything else. You can't even report an outage from the app, you have to email (how is that helpful) for help or call tech support.

worked great until we had an outage and hadn't been able to log in since. Finally got logged in and now it is saying another person is set up on this account and won't let me set it up again. I have the whole house set up to turn on and off at certain times and can't check or adjust anything. Parental controls are on and I can't change anything so 2 rooms have no internet certain hours of the day. This app is a joke.

I have been using this for over 8 months now all of a sudden my app won't work it tells me to make sure app is updated, it is. tells me to onboard router and it won't. so now I can't turn on or off Internet to my different devices
