App crashes when I try to login. Update 3/15: App no longer crashes and able to login. However, it says I have NO BENEFITS and it only shows claims from 2024!!!! I've had numerous claims over the past 3 months. Also, a representative from BCBS Illinois said I'd find discounts for medications on Blue Element, but no such menu item. Absolutely Worthless App!!!!

For some reason I'm unable to edit my previous review. I'm able to login to the app now using the same password as before. I believe the issue with the app is stability as some features work sometimes and other times it doesn't. I would be nice to have a reliable app to count on.

What is the purpose of this app? I started a new job. I was given my id# and to log into this. Can't view anything about specific benefits. Just ID card and send a message. Can sort of search Dr's but no information related to your plan.. Initially, I signed u and went to log in a day late. I couldn'tfindd me at all. Every time I do log in, it asks me to set up a pin? Already did. Too bad patients can't use availty. Worthless
