WHAT is happening here?! The app just spins and gives an error message. The American healthcare system is bad enough, when subscribers need to access records there is another hurdle and added frustration. You create an app that we can't use and reply with canned responses instead of researching bugs. There's an entire BCBS TX website that we could be using.

Truly the worst of both worlds. The app is terrible. Absolutely useless. And the insurance has one of the smallest networks in the industry.
