The experience is a lot better now with the Jr5. I agree the app is not very intuitive but it's small enough to still find what you need eventually. it's also set it and forget it so i don't have to login often. I missed that focus mode was 'off' despite looking at it 3 times. I only figured it out when my 5 year old insisted it wasn't on at school. The gps is slow to load. Overall, I'm happy with the app and watches. it's a good balance of the kids liking them but not playing too much.

not super intuitive but slowly improving. I've had their watches for 2 years and the app is terrible for set up and contact management but that might be a security thing. the GPS works but can take forever when the watches are moving fast (like in a car fast, not bicycle fast). setting up alarms, down time, and managing apps is pretty easy though. a mixed bag that would be a lot better if contacts could be imported or saved.

The app is pretty useless. I can't setup focus mode, alarms, or SoS. There should be a + button to add new configuration, but all I get is just a blank screen with the message no focus mode set, etc.. There is no button to put the watch in the focus mode/lock it except for emergency calls. Managing the apps on the watch takes you to the web browser, with poor email code based security. I am planning to return the watch in a few days if they don't improve the app.
