I don't think the people who developed this software have experience in healthcare and definitely don't understand the workflow or how difficult it can be to chart on a phone. There's so many issues. There's no way to see vital or abnormal trends over different shifts as a field employee, you have to remember how to write certain orders (because you can't enter them as you would to be medically correct...), there's lots of random bugs...now a submenu is completely blacked out.

This app is extremely buggy. The app tries to be in "dark mode", following my phone's default settings, I assume, but it's just a transparent black background with menus shown still in white, and it results in many text options (such as selecting clients from the client list) being invisible as black text on a black background. The app also alters the way some text appears on screen after a selection during assessment, making words appear with one letter per line. PLEASE FIX.

I really didn't think cubhub could get any worse, but it did. Its like cubhub got so many bad reviews, they had to just change the name. or, it's like cubhub got sick and vomited out statewise. Who knew there was grey and lighter grey font in a size 2. (Thanks for the migraines.) Add bugs, repetitive questions, and change the order of every drop menu in absolutely no logical order.
