Please read before purchasing!! The service that carVertical is very expensive compared to others and from my experience not worth paying for. It does not find mileage issues! Over 40% of the customers on Trustpilot score them 1 star, and I can now see why. They will take your money and do not care that their reports are incomplete. Do not use them. Autotader is 3rd of the price and gives the same results.

As Croatian, it was advertised as something that has information from any country, best out there for car history info and everything. I used first two reports to see if it works. One car was clean in terms of damages and amount of kilometers traveled, the other one has one small damage record. All of this was until 2016-ish, before it was imported into Croatia. Then the realisation hit that there are NO Croatia records. At least the third report was refunded since it gave no info what so ever

It’s not useful at all. I tried it with two different cars and didn’t get any valuable information. One car had no data about the mileage, and the other only had mileage information up to 2016—nothing after that. The rest of the information was not relevant for deciding whether to buy the car. It only showed that there were no records of theft, accidents, or other issues, but that doesn’t mean the car wasn’t damaged—just that there are no records. The app is a waste of money.
