The old app was great, and worked flawlessly. I downloaded the bew one late August. Not intuitive at all. It kept bugging me for update, so i tried to download it. Still haven't been able to download or install this. Very strange. Hope it all gets sorted fast, as this is an unacceptable release.. (huawei p10 lite user) Update: works much better now. Thanks 12.12.19

Slow and useless. This app is so much slower to use than the old one. With the old app I could log in, transfer money to my card and paid in the store in less than 15 seconds. Now it takes 15 seconds, just to log in. Now the whole thing takes up to a minute. Also, often it doesn't show the correct amount in the account. Especially if you had another purchase within an hour or so, then the amount shown is guaranteed wrong. App completely useless.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that some may experience the app as slow. This is something we are looking at fixing and keeping in mind whenever a new update is up for launch. We have not experienced that the amount shown as available is not up to date before, and will look into this issue.

Huge loss of features compared to the previous app. Can't change the date on the income/expense view for example. Too much is different and the interface is troublesome at best. This implementation is unprofessional for a bank like Danske, and the excuse of new EU regulations is suspicious. What contained in the previous app for you to completely scrap it and make a new one?

Our old mobile bank had already reached 9 years, and we therefore saw it as necessary to implement a new, more modern app. When it comes to the features that are in the app, we are continuously looking at ways of upgrading and therefore thank you for your feedback.
