can't close the wallet from the app even though the button is there. Bug seems prevalent based on simple online searches. tried reinstalling but it did not work. UPDATE: asked me to send 2 emails and called me, asked me some questions and ended up saying I have to head down to the branch to close the account. what a joke.

Unable to close wallet. Forced to give a "Tell us why", but upon clicking it send to a empty landing page. Going back to the initial page, "Close wallet" is still grey out. This is trapping user by force.

The most lousy Apps. I can't even delete it despite it's nonsense. When I tries to close it, after entering the pin provided, was asked to give reason which cannot be given at all. In the end, I had chose to uninstall the Apps once & for all, but my DBS Digibank still displayed I got PayLah. DBS is just giving rubbish.
