A lot of flaws There's no way to contact customer service representative. There's a lot of technical issues machine ate my money. There's no one to contact, no way of contacting anyone. It's not set up that if you put money in that you can link the machine to your app, your account somehow. So yeah, if something happens, there's no way of knowing it was, I don't know your information. Unless you deal with laundromat Customer service., the notifications don't work a lot.I want to refund

Easy to use, but lacks some features. It would be more effective if there was a way to report machine errors. My location doesn't have a posted phone number to call about machine issues. There is a sign that says to leave a note on the machine with the issue and your name and address. I don't feel safe posting that information where just anyone can see it. If the app had a way to report, it would be better. Thanks.

Absolute garbage. Had 4 different methods of payment (all of which work) and keep getting "error can't process payment. Speak to laundromat owner". Owner doesn't know how the app works or what to do. Un-installed and reinstalled. Gave all the permissions. Waited a few days to see if a bank clearance was needed for payment methods. STILL doesn't work. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that doesn't use this piece of trash app.
