I used to have an account but now when I try to log in, it tells me the account is frozen due to security risk. I can't unfreeze it because the only verification is a voice code that doesn't support oversea phone numbers. So basically can't log in unless you have a Chinese cell number, and you can't browse much without logging in, so... useless.

Tried to register a new account but was unsuccessful. Unable to receive OTP, the reason displayed was "unusual attempt" and it suggested me to use my usual device to try again, but it was the first time using this app. Tried to ask the online bot but it was completely useless. In other words, unable to open an account, no help was offered, and the problem was never solved.

Can't register without a Chinese number. It gives you the option to login with a foreign number (US for me) but it never send the code and asks me to switch to a different device. Tried the WeChat method and it just tells me to use the app. Talked to the customer service and was told to wait A MONTH for the update... What a waste of time...
