Definitely nice having this app. The calls doesn't drop or tries to reconnect during calls. The calls are crystal clear as if you're dialing through a regular phone. Love having the automatic reload! I definitely have recommended it to others. I have only used it to call Jamaica because that's where my family is but you can call wherever you need to and you can check the rate per minute before calling. $0.20 cents per minute for calling cells in Jamaica.

Update. This Damn app every other day not working. My balance is always unavailable. I got a number to use where I call it and then manually enter the number of the person I call but its inconvenient. Then unu have the audacity to be sending me promotion every day. Spamming my phone. Terrible Call quality excellent. Used the promo code and was able to make my first 10 min call from the US to Ja. Easy setup. Easy to use. Will definitely be purchasing mins

When I first got the app, I thought I could use it while in Trinidad, but found out that the Digicel International app is for use in the US. Now I call my mom when ever and don't have to jack up my cell phone or landline bill with international calls which could be very costly. I love that Digicel has this international plan, the rate is good. Also, I have the convenience to reloador top up without leaving my home. My Digicel customer service experience was good so far. I would say get the app.
