On your Digicel phone, download the MonCash app then:

· Provide last name and First name\Date of birth (DD / MM / YYYY)

· Choose a valid ID (driver’s license, voter’s ID or passport)

· Provide with the number of the ID you choose

· Select your gender

· Choose a personal PIN code (do not share it with anyone)

· Finalize the upgrade of your profile at the same time to benefit from all the advantages of MonCash

After completing the registration process, you will have a MonCash Full Wallet account with a limit of 100,000 HTG and the ability to use your MonCash account to the fullest.

MonCash registration is also available through the *202# menu. Support for upgrading account is free on the MonCash app and at Digicel stores

How can I choose an Internet Plan if I can't access MonCash without MB???? Why can't I gain access freely to choose a Net plan, like it was before??? Absolute trash!!! This is so annoying!!!🤦🏾‍♂️ You have to correct this, or this app will be useless.🤷🏾‍♂️

The old one was good. I can't use the new app. I dislike it cause I can't manage it like the old one.

It's a trash with all these upsates that do not help. Old one was simple better.
