Ever since I switched back from Flow with the same number, I can't log in. Says my account is locked or disabled, for what reason, tho? Customer service is point blank useless. update: after trying for years to log in, I just randomly ask their ai assistant for help, which contacted a agent. I provided my info and this person took a minute to reply that my account is enabled, just like that. All these years of asking in store and over calls just for it to be done in a minute smh

Previously, this was a five-star app. With the older version, as soon as you started the app you would be greeted with your balances at a glance. That was very convenient for me. Now I have to be doing extra clicks just to see the balances, especially the data balance, along with the local and international minutes. That seems like a downgrade to me. What additional features or improved features have been added?...because I can't see them. There's a famous saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

it does not display the app data you should get included with the plans and does not give the app data without showing it. meaning at this time if you purchase 25gigs of data and should recieve 15 gigs of app data. you will not recieve the app data used for youtube and spotify. thats highway robbery.
