The App doesn't show your usage. For instance how much calls I've made, and what the cost per call has been. It would help a lot to have insight into that. Because now I'm wondering where my balance went. And to be honest, I suspect Digicel of stealing my balance. Transparency goes a long way. Digicel should give insight into my records for at least 60 days.
Account Management at it's Best! Now I don't have to remember any codes! That's the best part for me. With just a tap I can activate the plan of my choice. No more *13 this or *14 that. My balance is displayed and customer care is right around the corner should I need them with the live chat option. Social Media Feel... Now I get to add a photo, that really puts the "My" in My Digicel. There is also sharing! Instead of sharing photos I get to share my credit and gift a plan lol. Anxiously awaiting the next version.
I have the updated version of the app . it always says how many time for the week the app causes errors on Samsung s6 do I want to uninstall. On the Blu life play it just works OK when it does but never get a message to uninstall. 5th August 17 Now the app doesn't cause problems with the phone again. Have used it on Samsung S4 and S6 and even Blu Life Play. What would be useful now that I moved from Postpaid to Prepaid. Is a way to track call and data usage or some way to check and itemized list online. But love that I still don't have to get in line to pay any bills.
Needs to bring back cheap plan bundles! Why take it away!? $10.50 for 500mb + $31 for 1GB is not a cheap bundle! if theres another phone company here besides you. I'll happily kick your azz out of my phones life and my life too. I'll rate you -0 if theres one
Why is it so hard to speak with a customer care rep...... since installing the app and even visiting the website I've been unable to speak with anyone. And there is no option to speak with someone over the phone
The app might be useful IF I can actually get on. I had to try and reset my password 5 times and still did not get on. It keeps resetting the password but not actually letting me in. Feels to me like they just want my information to sell.
