This app is extremely problematic and full of bugs. My mobile account keeps registering as past due although my payments are current. My payment information also no longer saves to the device and has to be manually entered everytime I need to make a payment. Not sure why all of these problems have cropped up over the past year but the app worked much better in the past. Please fix these bugs.

I'm constantly struggling to pay my bills on time usung this app as it never works, and instead of showing any understanding, Digicel is quick to charge late fees and refuses to reverse them, even as a one-time courtesy. Customer service seems far more focused on collecting penalties than helping loyal customers who are going through a difficult time.
