If my data time expires why can't I or any customer get at least 12 hours to purchase credit using a bank card? Sometimes time or data runs out late at night and you can't get credit to buy anywhere. when time or data runs out you can't log into your banking app or Digicel app. Do something about this, we are your customers!!! I see where digicel had made an effort to fix the profile updating but, after updating profile photo and saving, it does not stay,it delete itself. What can correct this?

Absolutely horrid. The app doesn't allow me to establish an account. The app suggests that one can have an account even without a phone number, yet when I utilise a phone number I cannot get the app to create an account. The most inconvenient digital data service app I've ever used, since the number *130# suggests I take a look at my data on MyDigicel and MyDigicel doesn't work. The internet service has degraded since telstra took over. Absolutely horrible job guys.

I want to open the app for the past few hours and was unable to do so. And if the data plan auto renews i will not get my money back. they need to fix these issues and work with customers better. i was only able to open the app after the app was uninstalled.
