Whoever made the intrusive option for the location option is crazy. It has an annoying prompt when I open the app asking for location. When I "ALLOW ONLY WHEN USING APP" it still shows the prompt until I click "ALLOW ALL THE TIME". No other apps does this, I don't want Digicel tracking my location for "personalized services" I just want to pay my bill and that's it.

I like the direction Digicel is going with this app. The downside is that the interface is confusing. Too many things compete for attention. It like every item on the screen wants to be the beyonce of the group. More confusion came after tapping the hamburger menu and seeing those pages which seems to be like when a store ran out of space and just put an item anywhere which became available. My recommendation, simplify the interface, make it more intuitive.

I believe this app should be investigated. I suggest anyone that uses the MyDigicel app remove it from their phones. Even if you were to turn off all its permissions & not open the app, it can still initiate pop-up ads on your homescreen. This indicates it is able to access some permissions (e.g. "Appear on top") without being given access explicitly. Sus. It may be doing something else in the background.
