Absolutely horrid. The app doesn't allow me to establish an account. The app suggests that one can have an account even without a phone number, yet when I utilise a phone number I cannot get the app to create an account. The most inconvenient digital data service app I've ever used, since the number *130# suggests I take a look at my data on MyDigicel and MyDigicel doesn't work. The internet service has degraded since telstra took over. Absolutely horrible job guys.

I want to open the app for the past few hours and was unable to do so. And if the data plan auto renews i will not get my money back. they need to fix these issues and work with customers better. i was only able to open the app after the app was uninstalled.

The worse. I have been trying to log in to my account, and it's not allowing me. Even when I received the code and entered it. It's saying unexpected character. Like what!! that's crazy.
