ok until the certificate ran out. I got a message to say the certificate was about to expire and asking me to verify. I opened the app but couldn't remember my password. I followed the instructions to change my password through the web portal and it sent a pin which I entered. it the sent me back to the app and asked for my password!

Very bad app. Can't reset password. Required 2 authentication steps to reset password. Second step requires logging in the app but cant log in in the app as can't remember password.. Go round in circle...

instructions were check for updates since this app doesn't support scanning documents. Clicked "scan for updates" and got back to the beginning.
