I got the 1 month membership and I deeply regret it. Using this app is infuriating. Bike availability is bad, often there is 0-1 bikes at a station. Many bluetooth problems where the app can't find the bike anymore, including if it's listed on the map or even a started trip. Often the only bike at a station doesn't unlock, is seriously broken, or fails with "That vehicle is not available" for seemingly no reason at all. Yesterday I went to 3 different stations, ended up with no bike. UNRELIABLE.

Sometimes the app can be a bit glitchy. However signals are emitted to signal the bikes, it could be stronger. Also, in the middle of a session I worry that any record my in-progress trip will disappear when trying to return a bike or even pick it back up if you park the bike for a second. With money on the line, that's concerning.

Ok, so when I first got the app and joined the monthly plan ($15), I absolutely loved it. The bikes were readily available. But recently, the gps for the bikes was way off. Then, the perfectly good bike I just used the night before was unavailable for me to rent. Then the worst thing happened. The bike would not work. It said it was charged, but the motor did not work. They have gone from 5 stars to 2 in a hurry. Don't know if I'll renew.
