I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

For 95% if the message notifications I am unable to open the message. I get the blue circle of doom for around 30 seconds and then I am kicked off due to "server is unavailable. Try again later". Sigh. Very frustrating. I try again in a few days and sometimes I am able to open it.

The updated look of this app is poor. It now requires the user to start at a news feed, scrolling down to see if the task you want is there. Alternatively you may pull up a menu from the feed screen and then to navigate away from there. I loathe news feeds like this. In the last format the first screen was all inclusive of options and notifications at a glance. It wasn't broken and didn't need "fixed".
