I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

The options for appointments are limited. I can never tell what to classify my appointment as. My insurance allows me to go to any provider and I am never given all of the offices that exist. Only the ones my general practitioner works at. The app has come a long way, but making appointments is much more difficult than it needs to be.

UPDATE 10-'25: With few updates: Significantly better than start. Added updated labs/notes/info notices, Rx info., notes w/ nurse+physician. '23: App With ⚠️🆕 DULY system, significantly worse: less functional than previous MyChart App. No functn. 2 ask nurse/physician question. No lab location contact info or messaging. 48 to 96 hour delay 4 question response. --> 'real time' is only @ office/lab.
