eCompliance Mobile puts safety in the palm of your hand, eliminates paper forms and creates a 360º real-time view of safety performance.

By allowing data to be immediately shared between onsite and head office, eCompliance Mobile empowers every member of your organization from onsite workers to executives to actively participate in your safety program.

Key Features:

Paperless Forms – All inspections, audits, incident and near miss reports can be completed on the eCompliance Mobile and then immediately submitted for sign off. All forms can include geographical location, important notes and photos which can be annotated.

Inspection Scoring – Scored inspections can be completed using eCompliance Mobile and then immediately shared with head office. Employees will receive an automatic passing or failing score on the inspection and upper management can then view these scores immediately to see if any pressing issues need to be addressed.

Offline Capabilities – eCompliance Mobile works offline so workers in remote locations can complete all necessary forms and reports, and then share with head office once they have internet connection.

Assign and Track Preventative and Corrective Actions – employees can assign corrective actions using eCompliance Mobile and track the progress of that corrective action.

Ratings and reviews

Don't waste your time and money. The app constantly drops forms before they make it to the dashboard. Utterly useless from a safety audit perspective. Be sure to download every single form in pdf as there is no bulk download available and if you leave the platform they want thousands of dollars to back up the forms for you. So much for an audit trail. Would never recommend this platform.

Can't use it with out service and not have issues come up where you need service to use the app, constantly glitching and restarting (specially when you need to save something), often doesn't save files/ safety tickets the first, second or third time. takes multiple tries to complete saftety programs. Reached out to the tech assistance and haven't received any response yet.

You can't upload photos from device unless they're taken with the app, even if moved into the ecompliance photos folder. Can't upload pdfs from device. Can only upload 1 photo at a time on pc. App re opens when switching between apps, forcing it to re-sync, which is painfully slow. Not all drafts saved on app appear on PC. Will recommend management to go another direction.
