Does not open. just a black screen

Worst airline on the planet. Not only was the plane delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, for some unknown reason it stopped in Antalya to drop off and pick up passengers like it's a bus or something. The tickets were a direct flight to Cairo, no indication of any stop. We were supposed to arrive in Cairo at 8.40 PM, it is now 9.10 PM and we are in Antalya. I missed my connecting flight because of this. Ridiculous, I would not recommend this airline to my worst enemy

App not functioning (stuck on black screen). Online check-in page on the website keeps redirecting to itself after you click Agree to terms of service. It's a dead end. Hoping their airport terminals are not on strike as well...
