Makes workflow better, no need for paper work orders anymore. Add ability to view previous work order history and phone numbers for each resident, not just the requester. Default permission to enter should be "no permission to enter" to prevent unwanted entries. Allow direct calls to residents from the app via an Entrata number with the property name as the caller ID, so we don’t have to use personal cell phone number. notify resident via text / email for work order notes, ping app with replies.

It worked until it didn't but the app has been crashing randomly for the last week. Otherwise, it's great. I'm able to see work orders and perform functions easier than with the mobile website or even the desktop site. It would be 4 stars if not for the problem that has developed. Edit: it's fixed and gets more stars! Now if they would only add the ability to view the unit history, I could give a top recommendation!

We apologize for any inconveniences you've been facing. In this month, we've had multiple updates to the app. The latest update is definitely more stable and shouldn't give you any issues. Can you update and retry the app? If you are still facing difficulties, please contact us at support@entrata.com with examples of those issues.

I like that app and I use it for work, but it has a big problem. The feed page where all work orders never refresh. I constantly refresh it and nothing changes. I'm on a good wifi connection and sometimes when I swap over to data it works and vise versa. I've deleted the app several times to try and see if it were to reset but it doesn't. My rating is 2 star just because the work order never refresh.
