Ratings and reviews

Having same issues as others since at least 2022. After installing the app and opening it, it will loop over and over on the login screen saying the username name or password are incorrect. There isn't even a box to enter the username or password. I've flushed cache, reinstalled app several times, and same issue.

Have the same Login problem with others. Chatted with customer service to find out that the app only works for Texas customers and they're working to release a new version for GA soon. This seems to be a known issue for them but I would count on it being fixed anytime soon.

there is an error that appears upon clicking "Log In" and before entering user name/password - error message is "there is an error with your user name/password combination. Please try again". I have deleted app and reinstalled. the app has been unusable for one month, started August 2025.
