Ratings and reviews

App often fails to connect to our control, requiring restarts. The UI often reset and has to be set multiple times for it to stick. In general this app and controller lack a lot of features found in leading products like the nest thermostat. Even if you exclude all the learning things. And finally it has no integration for home automation like Google home or Alexa

It's useless. The setup screen on Android goes blank after the location permission prompt. I had to log in on an iPhone to pair the thermostat to WiFi and the app. Once set up, I can use my Android phone but the controls are unreliable. They either don't work or don't match the thermostat. I wish vrf heat pumps worked with Google Nest.

Not syncing with the controller, outdated most of the time. Very little features and cannot have weekly programs. A/C will turn on by itself because of stale state.
