Not able to access my account after switching over to the new app. After entering the pin associated with my account, it greets me with the error "Organization disabled, contact administrator". I haven't heard anything from my organization about the new app. Calling the helpline option doesn't do anything. I need a fix ASAP. Update (10/21/2025): Still missing many features like fingerprint authentication, ability to save credentials, directly contacting helpline from within the app.

The worst app cannot add any account to transfer money. customer service is also unable to resolve this issue what a joke.

after the update it is not even working it says biometric should be verified I have already done that before but still it says biometric should be done but the issue is it gives me error
