I can't get anything to work. You can't contact customer service at all. You can't check the progress of applications. I can barely log into my account. It keeps asking for a six digit code they supposedly texted me but I haven't even given them my phone number! I'm honestly starting to question if they're even in business anymore.

Needs some work to match the desktop version. Can't even view virtual debit card. Password Manager implementation missing. Biometrics. Etc

Hi Ali! Sorry for the hassle with viewing virtual debit cards. That should now be fixed in the latest release 2.9.3. Please upgrade and see if that fixes your issues. We are hard at work on biometrics. We hope to have this rolled out very soon!

Hi Usman! Really sorry about the poor experience you've had. Please give us another try as we've made significant updates to the app and you should be able to activate any card from the app.

This release adds support for multiple organizations with a single login. If you'd like to have access, please contact our support team to be enrolled.
