Absolutely pathetic service. Do not avail the rentals from here. 1. We had booked for a return well in advance and scheduled pickup for May 24. However that wasn't completed. 2. We were promised a pick up on May 25 morning instead. The pickup has still not been processed. In fact there's no update on the expected pick up. 3. The customer care phone number isn't responding and rejecting calls.

The guys came installed it quickly, without testing left. I'm assuming hoping that the washing machine will work. He asked for a rating on Playstore, this exact one, which I first gave a 5 start. But the thing that I didn't like is that he asked for a tip, and I had to give him 100 rupees. This is the part I didn't like, putting customers in a difficult position, and after paying for a large monthly rental, you have to then pay for tips too. What's going on Furlenco?

This service cannot be relied on. One of my friends had a horrible experience recently. They say that they can come anytime during the day for pick up and delivery. They don't give you any time slots. But they give the customer only 15 mins of wait time. Full day of flexibility for themselves and 15 mins for customers. They threaten you that items are your liability even if they don't pick them up on time. Trusting them can get you in tricky situations if you are moving.
