Worst app and it's not recorded and stored in cloud even though I opted Cloud storage . I purchased Cloud for 366 days with 3 days of Motion recording. But it has not recorded any video in the cloud .When I contacted the Support team they took 5 days and finally they said to delete the device in the app and then they activate the cloud service but finally no use. Overall it's the worst experience with a true cloud .

the new update is not good. it doesn't show the videos of the alerts. There is only a picture of the alerts. I want a video of the alerts. and in the playback it isn't showing any alerts for the time in the past. these features were good in the previous version. I want those back.

I have bought 4 megapixel solar outdoor camera. but quality is not that good you can't recognise car number standing just 20 meter away. when you zoom in the image distort faces are unrecognisable.
