There's no warning that this app doesn't work. You could lose money or rides abs be stranded. You aren't able to load your card/app from the app anymore. I tried last night, and now the app won't open. it took my money, I cad see it on my bank side, but not my bus side I have autism and this makes me really anxious, and I don't trust the busses anymore.

This app won't even take money anymore. I have to pay double with cash now that their app doesn't work. customer service is only open when I work. I am willing to change my review. but it's going on a month now that the app doesn't work right. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

1.This app has faults! It needs a way to cancel a ticket purchase! I don't ride the Regional Bus BUT I accidentally tapped Regional instead of Primary. Could NOT cancel it! Went to Costumer Service Downtown. I asked if I could get a Credit or Refund, she said "It's not our fault!" and "We don't do Refunds!" , kept hearing this over and over again! Looks like MTA is MORE than HAPPY to take your money BUT they don't want to give it back! 2.Got an unknown 50 cent charge!
