So many deficiencies. Separate app for routes and times. Errors in getting charged multiple times. Bus drivers being surprised and unaware this is also a method to pay. Using this method to pay as a senior and sometimes getting charged full fare.

the 8 minute limit is not enough time for a single ticket 🎟️ cause my second bus takes 30 minutes for me to take the next bus to get to my destination please extend the time of the tickets and also even if it says 8 minutes the moment I'm out of the ticket disappears from my screen tells me I have to pay 2 dollars again for me to open a ticket for the bus. it's too confusing and not reliable I prefer physical ticket unless y'all fix the app make it user friendly please

Since I have downloaded this app, I have not been able to load money using the add funds option! I have to use the autopay option. Which is not as convenient! Sometimes it takes 48 hours for funds to be available. I don't always know when I'm going to need to take the bus. Alot of times I'm having to pay cash and paying $2 a ride can add up quickly when it takes 3 busses to get to one location. I should only be paying $5 for a day pass.because they don't offer that on the bus anymore. UNHAPPY
