Works okay for buying standard tickets. the travelcard however is god awful. Ridiculous delays between available tickets and activated tickets being detected on the card. I've also had multiple workers on the trains tell me they never received any training regarding this app, meaning they can't help at all. absurd that such a company can have such a poor app. If there was an alternative, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Edit: 1 year later, same issues still occurring. Terrible.

Hiya, apologies for this issue. For travelcard, can i check if you mean London travelcards or the Smartcard, and for delays, is this for all tickets or flexi seasons, it should take 5 minutes after purchase for the app to be ready to load a ticket on to the card so it'll be be good to know how long this is taking too

15/8/22: update for new version. 1: the old app showed your daily commute on the start page. Where has it gone? Now you have to select "Live Times", select "Edit", choose the right journey. Can't even see how late a train is until you go to the Journey Details. 2: On the start page I can't change the outbound trip time. 3: In many places the fonts have shrunk so that I can't read them any more. There is so much more that I don't have space to enter. This is such a DOWNGRADE.

Hi David - e-tickets and m-tickets were suspended for a few days while we moved everyone over to the new app. They're now available again.

app is overall good, but find it's unable to save the 4 saved "live times" and makes quickly trying to check the options to/from work a pain as can't just flick through the saved options. yes, correct. I save 4 live times on the screen, and every few days, it defaults back to only 1 of the 4.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. To help us replicate the issue, did you save four journeys in the live times page and then they disappeared afterwards? Edit: thanks for quick response, please could you reinstall the app, and clear app data and cache (settings > app > GA app > storage > clear cache), hopefully that will fix the issue.

What’s new

We’ve added the ability for you to buy tickets even faster for those customers who use Live Times. We’ve also fixed a few bugs to improve the overall customer experience.
