Totally frustrating experience! The text fields keep auto-refreshing after entering just 2-3 characters, making it impossible to fill out the required information for downloading the policy. The only workaround is to copy and paste every single word, which is ridiculous. To make things worse, if the app is opened in the background, it disconnects from the network, wiping out all progress. In today's digital era, such a poor user experience is unacceptable. It will fall behind for these reasons.

Pay as you drive benefit not received in the due date for policy renewal. No one called back when I raised multiple call back requests in the app. All documents have been submitted for the benefit but not added in the app during renewal. Only AI response on calls and mails. Not worth the effort!

I had a really disappointing experience. I tried to renew my bike insurance several times, but the option wasn’t showing. No matter how many times I tried, it wouldn’t take me to the renewal page. The previous version of the app worked much better than this one.
