Just started but so far not impressed. You get a trial but you have to sign up for a membership if you want to continue using and it's not cheap. Also don't like that you can't go back on the calendar to record previous dates before you registered. I stopped drinking a week before signing up and I can't add those days. Haven't really seen anytime useful enough to pay.

I found it reepy that the second question when you sign up asks about who your health provider is. This really made me think about where the info they collect is being sold. That alone turned me off using the app. It would also be handy if the app required its own PIN to access. Even though I appreciate that the app is "anonymous," some people may wish to lock off this content from a significant other who may know their phone's PIN number. I love the idea, but this app is not for me, sorry.

Thanks for your feedback. The health provider question helps us understand how people navigate care. This info is used to improve programs & shared only in de-identified, aggregated form - for example, when reporting trends to funders. We also collect that info because some insurance companies have special programs through HSM as a member benefit.

Having decided to take a break from drinking, I came back to this after 11 years or so (when it was browser based) hoping it may have changed and whilst I think the overall range of facilities has improved (Care Consultants etc) sadly I find I cannot really relate to most of the posts. I was hoping for some pragmatic and pithy, amusing commentary but after a week I find it is not much in evidence and I cannot relate to most. Lovely sentiments but I dont need them.
