Made a purchase that was paid for online, and the delivery man wanted me to repay since the company didn't tell him it was paid. What's worse, is that even though I contacted them, it's been almost a month and I still haven't received the item. Horrible service, and I've never received the item nor my money back.

Donot do any purchases with them.I had the worst purchasing experience ever with this company. The quality of the items was extremely poor, and it arrived broken. Despite refusing to accept the damaged product, I was told there is no replacement policy. They assured me a refund within 15 days, but even after 20 working days, the amount has not been returned.Upon reaching out, I was initially informed of an error and promised a refund within 10 days. Unfortunately, the refund never materialized.
