Ratings and reviews

I placed an order online because it stated that the item would be available for pickup the next day. However, I have received no updates, and the order is still showing as processing. I have repeatedly called their hotline and sent messages online, but I still haven’t received any proper response or resolution. This is a very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expected.

Terrible service and no communication. The app showed my delivery date as August 30th, but it is now September 8th and nothing has arrived. Customer support is completely unresponsive-emails are ignored and the chatbot just repeats the same useless replies. Still waiting for a resolution. very poor service.

The most pathetic online app you can download and there customer support is the worst my pickup order is stuck for 10 days now and every time I call them they say that we have complained it forward..
