Cannot attribute monitoring central station to gateways, AI chat assistant gives wrong information, and there is no tech support phone number, only an email support. The entire system was designed to milk extra money out of dealers for the product and they don't care that it is an awful experience because most of us are techs who don't make purchasing decisions.

If you love crashes and long load times this is the app for you! I would stop using it but this is what my company chose for reports so I have to make do. Even paper reports are superior to this pile of garbage. It absolutely loves kicking you out of the app just as soon as you're about to open a test report. Sometimes it will flat out refuse to "end test with report" so I'll have to wait hours or days for the app to somehow fix itself. And yes this is after updating and even reinstalling. L

thank you for making my job harder honeywell... absolutely ridiculous interface that makes a simple task of monitoring as frustrating as possible
