Easily the absolute worst android app ever! Impossible to reimburse self using this app. The most recent error is as follows: "The expense was saved but failed to submit for reimbursement.An error occured when filing the claim. The consumer is not enrolled in any active plans.". Don't bother calling them - you're wating your time. Use a computer instead. This whole business is not for the customer; it's for their profits. How can I switch?!?!

The old version was much better. To make any changes, including managing expenses, it loads a laggy, buggy, desktop-sized browser inside the app. The app is slower now and the interface doesn't fit my phone (Pixel 3XL). I have to drag and scroll to reach the sides of the app, but I can't zoom out to make it fill the screen. I would rather just use the browser version on my phone than deal with this app.

Garbage Fire. This is just a web page frame. No actual app here. Only opens the desktop webpage on the phone, not even an option for a mobile view. No biometric login. Does not allow use of password manager for login. The dev team must have been fired and replaced by 10 year olds. Actually, I have seen 10 year olds write better code than this. Congratulations on making medical payments even more difficult than usual.
