very nice to have to send my family photos from afar, however there are some issues with the app. Most I can get past but the most inconvinient is the "complete" button when selecting photos to send hovers riiight under the phones touchscreen back button... so in the end I have to use the email method for the frame anyways because when I select the photos I cant ever hit the "complete" selection button without backing out of the mode and cancelling it

Took a while to upload photos to the frame, it's difficult to figure out how to manipulate files once they are loaded. Once it was set up it was good. Clarity is sharp/crisp, and can be viewed from anywhere in my living space, which is quite a large room. Frame overall is nice. But the monthly interruptions with the frame just turning off by itself or photos getting stuck, and now it won't connect period. I have to get a new frame. can't be fixed.

SHOULD GET 0 STARS! I cannot even set up an account with this app. I enter my name. I enter my password twice as per their specifications. I enter my email address. I keep getting the same red writing at the top of the screen that gives me the password specifications...6 to 30 characters... ALSO I noticed there are 133 reviews. When I select see all reviews there's nothing there... not even the 4 or so I read?!
