About this app

FL Studio Remote is a free, customizable virtual WiFi controller app for Android, built by the FL Studio team. It doesn’t produce sound - instead, it connects to FL Studio over Wi-Fi to control it like a physical MIDI controller. Use pads, faders, knobs, and even create your own layouts to suit your workflow.

To get started, open FL Studio on your computer and launch FL Studio Remote on your Android device. As long as both devices are connected to the same network, the connection is automatic - no setup required.

Once connected, you can:

* Control FL Studio instantly, including instruments and effect plugins, just like any other MIDI controller.

* Connect up to 15 devices at once, whether they’re Phones, Tablets, or Chromebooks.

The app includes a variety of built-in controller tabs such as:

* Transport controls
* MIDI keyboard
* FPC pads
* Harmonizer keyboard
* Performance Mode (Clip launcher)
* Gross Beat FX
* Mixer and more

If you need more customization, FL Studio Remote lets you create your own tabs using a wide range of control types:

- Pads, faders, knobs
- Jog wheels, X/Y pads, piano keyboards
- Harmonic grids, clip launchers, mixer strips, and containers

Each control is fully customizable, enabling you to design a virtual MIDI controller setup that perfectly suits your workflow.

Must have for any FL studio user. It is definitely a (free!) alternative to an actual midi keyboard, and can be used without internet. No ads and fully free btw! I am satisfied! It works well even on a small screen, although I'd recommend using a tablet if you have as opposed to a phone. One request is to keep old app for older android users. Actual experience is fantastic. You can customize it but it also comes with presets like fpc or slicex. In the future maybe add themes and more presets.

using it for a while .. works fine 😄 can there be an update when this can be used without connecting to same network like connect the phone's hotspot to laptop works ... something like that.. just saw the info menu... so much knowledge.. applaudable ✅✅👍

Nice remote control. It's like having several hardwares built into a mobile device but you need to make it possible to connect over usb and not just wifi. Wifi can lag sometimes

What’s new

- Added a special mode for pad controls that allows running custom Python scripts on the FL Studio side.
- Added the ability to associate specific layouts with FL Studio projects and load them automatically.
- Added the ability to set custom names for devices (displayed in the MIDI Settings tab in FL Studio).
